IT Security Engineer (100%)

Your Tasks

• You analyse company and customer needs and develop solution proposals
• You plan, install, configure, and maintain new and existing IT security systems
• You analyse security findings and implement appropriate measures in consultation with the specialists
• You take responsibility in projects
• You analyse the operation of the systems with a special focus on the optimisation of security systems
• You define security and monitoring criteria
• You are responsible for 2nd-level support and initiating measures in the event of network component failures

Your Profile

You have a qualified IT education and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a heterogeneous, highly available environment. You possess in-depth expertise in the engineering and operation of IT infrastructures, especially Linux and security appliances. As a proactive team player, you like to get actively involved, are solution-oriented, and characterised by your independence. Flexibility as well as willingness to be on call and work outside regular hours are also expected. Your excellent German skills as well as good specialised English and preferably French skills complete your profile.
