IT Management (m/f) (80-100%)

Your Tasks

• Technical and personnel management of the IT team (2–3 employees)
• Responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure and the further development of our IT strategy
• Planning and implementation of projects related to process optimization, digitization, and data management – in close cooperation with all business areas
• Organization and control of collaboration with our external ICT service provider as well as other partners
• Ensuring IT security, governance, data protection, and compliance
• Support in operational day-to-day business
• Responsibility for the IT budget

Our Expectations

• Completed basic training as an IT specialist with further training as an ICT manager or a degree in computer science HF/FH
  or technical/commercial basic training with many years of experience in business informatics and appropriate further training
• Leadership experience in a similar role
• A team-oriented, implementation-strong, and service-oriented personality
• German as a native language, French skills are an advantage
