For an established company in the Zurich area, we are looking for a committed, versatile, and strong leadership personality as

System Engineer 80-100% (a) [Ref:2818]

• Responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure as well as its setup, operation, and further development
• Planning and operation of network and security (Cisco, Fortinet, LAN/WLAN, VPN)
• Operation and expansion of the Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams including telephony)
• Modern client engineering with Intune and Autopilot as well as support of server, backup, and virtualisation environment
• Technical and personnel leadership of an IT team
• Management of IT procurement and licence management as well as conducting internal IT training

• Completed basic IT training and a degree in the IT field
• At least 5 years of experience in system engineering with a broad technology spectrum
• Sound knowledge in network and security
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot
• Initial leadership experience
• Hands-on mentality
• Communicative and team-oriented manner
• Very good German language skills
