To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a reliable and solution-oriented personality who will look after our systems at home and abroad and ensure that they function reliably and safely.

To strengthen our Rail Automation Business Unit, we are looking for you as

Your tasks

• You look after and maintain our level crossing systems and permanent warning systems (PWA) at customers at home and abroad
• You provide technical support, analyse faults and ensure a quick and competent solution, by phone, in writing or directly on site, including at our foreign subsidiaries
• As a competent contact person and interface to our customers, you ensure professional support and conduct training and instructions
• You create service orders and ensure reliable documentation and reporting of the work performed in the ERP system
• You support the manufacturing and assembly departments if required and participate in the on-call team to resolve faults
• You deputise for the service manager and support him in technical and organisational matters

What you bring

• Technical basic training as an electrician, electronics technician, automation technician or comparable
• Professional experience in technical support / after-sales service; further training in electrical engineering, electronics or automation at HF/FH level is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and enjoyment of troubleshooting and solution-oriented work
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP and time recording systems
• Good knowledge of German, English and French
• Willingness to travel at home and abroad (approx. 40%) and on-call duty
• Valid driving licence category B
