Your tasks
Your mission
As an HR Generalist, you play a key role in HR administrative management for all sites in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. A trusted point of contact for employees and managers, you ensure the quality of HR processes, the reliability of data, and compliance with legal and internal requirements.
You also contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and effective collaboration between the various HR functions and company stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities
- HR administration: ensure the management and updating of employee files, contracts, amendments, work certificates, and HR data, guaranteeing their accuracy and compliance.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: coordinate entry and exit processes from A to Z, including contractual formalities, work permits, updates in HR systems, and payroll-related elements.
- Payroll administration: ensure the preparation and monitoring of data necessary for payroll, including absences, leave, teleworking, unpaid leave, and departure-related elements, respecting deadlines.
- Employee relations: support employees and managers on administrative and career-related questions, providing reliable, professional, and appropriate answers.
- Support to HR teams: work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and the entire HR team to ensure effective and consistent service across all sites.
- Continuous improvement: identify optimisation opportunities, contribute to process standardisation, and promote best practices within the organisation.
- Compliance & confidentiality: ensure compliance with Swiss legal requirements, internal procedures, and data protection standards, with a high level of discretion and rigour.

- The entire HR team in Switzerland
- The Head of HR Switzerland & HQ
- The CLT (Country Leadership Team) of the organisation in Switzerland
- Employees, managers, and various internal partners
Your profile
- Training in Human Resources / HR Generalist or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR administration role.
- Good command of digital HR tools, ideally Oracle and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and draw concrete recommendations.
- Business orientation and ability to understand and support organisational objectives.
- Fluent in French, German, and English; any other language is an asset.
- Experience in an international or multinational environment is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with contacts at all levels.
- Solution-oriented mindset, intellectual agility, and strong motivation.
- Service-minded, positive attitude, proactivity, and strong social skills.
- High flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Discreet, reliable, loyal, and trustworthy personality.
