In this position, you will advise your customers, consisting of clinics, hospitals, laboratories and medical professionals, in a partnership-based manner. You identify potentials and support your customers in the introduction of new solutions. Together with the application specialist, you make products tangible through presentations, demonstrations and training. A role with plenty of creative freedom – strong in consultation, independent and meaningful. Area: Laboratory diagnostics, Region: German-speaking Switzerland.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Independent area management and co-design of sales and marketing strategy
• Partnership-based advice to hospitals, laboratories and professionals on the preanalytics portfolio
• Expansion of customer relationships, identification of potentials and introduction of new solutions
• Presentations, product tests and training together with the application specialist
• Structured reporting, careful CRM maintenance and customer-oriented complaint management
• Representation of the company at congresses and trade fairs in Switzerland

Your profile:

• Training in nursing, as BMA, MPA or comparable qualification in the medical field
• Experience in sales, customer support or medical laboratory environment
• Ideally related to preanalytics, IVD, MedTech or pharma
• Independent, responsible working style and enthusiasm for contributing your own ideas
• Good listening skills, sensitivity to customer needs and strong service orientation
• Native German speaker and good English skills, French is an advantage
