Residential Area Manager 80 - 100%

with additional responsibility for Spitex

Your Tasks

Together with your team of around 10 employees, you create an environment in both the residential area and assisted living where everyone benefits
Your task is enriched by close cooperation among the residential area managers and the other teams
You know how to optimally involve other important contributors such as relatives and doctors
You coach your team, lead by example in the course of care activities, and together you achieve high care quality
