What you achieve

• Strategic and operational advice to managers in an assigned area on all personnel matters (onboarding, support, development, retention, remuneration, offboarding).
• Preparation and conducting of personnel interviews (conflict, disciplinary and termination discussions or health talks).
• Handling of labour law cases (compliance) in coordination with internal and external partners.
• Support and moderation of processes in the area of performance management and talent development.
• Support and care of long-term sick employees in close cooperation with insurers for reintegration.
• Participation in HR projects and support of initiatives in change management, organisational and cultural development.

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Human Resources
• Professional experience: 5 years as an HR Business Partner
• Open and empathetic personality with joy in dealing with different people.
• Experience in organisational development and change management, coaching skills advantageous.
• High commitment, initiative, resilience and assertiveness.
• Integrity, authenticity and sense of responsibility.
• Very good IT skills (Microsoft 365, SAP SuccessFactors)
• German (C1)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
