- You lead, motivate, and develop our workshop team both professionally and personally, creating an environment where collaboration and shared success are central
- You plan and coordinate the daily workshop operations, ensuring optimal utilisation and smooth processes
- You take responsibility for achieving our quality, productivity, and customer goals
- As the central contact person, you connect customer service, workshop, and other internal departments, ensuring strong collaboration
- In demanding technical challenges, you support your team with your expertise and find practical solutions together
- You identify optimisation potentials, analyse technical problem cases, and implement sustainable improvements
- You ensure that all work is carried out professionally, with high quality, and on time
- You are actively involved in the workshop day-to-day operations, not just observing
What you bring
- You have completed a technical vocational training in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector
- Ideally, you have further trained as a diagnostician, workshop coordinator, or in a comparable role
- You enjoy leading people, fostering their strengths, and achieving goals together
- With your technical understanding and structured, solution-oriented working style, you keep an overview even in demanding situations
- You communicate clearly and convincingly, can assert yourself, and present confidently
- You think entrepreneurially, gladly take responsibility, and place great value on quality
- You are familiar with common MS Office applications
