• Advising our clients on the use of Application Management Services (AMS)
• Supporting the planning and control of service delivery in our clients' SAP applications
• Supervising, planning and coordinating ongoing AMS projects
• Ensuring operational compliance with SLAs based on regular reviews of incidents, service requests and changes
• Evaluating, developing and implementing quality standards
• Monitoring service performance regarding budget, quality and duration as well as reviewing the service delivery
• Identifying cross-selling potentials
• Presales and preparing offers

• Solid professional experience as a Service Delivery Manager or AMS Consultant
• Good IT process understanding (ITIL certification desirable)
• SAP application know-how
• Project management experience desirable
• Analytical and solution-oriented working style as well as enthusiasm for teamwork
• Independent and responsible working method
• Flexibility and willingness to continuously develop IT trends and innovations in the SAP world
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Mobility and flexibility for deployment at the client
