What you will achieve

• Independent, business management of the Migrol Auto Service Station. The operation includes a petrol station, a car workshop, a staffed car wash and a small kiosk
• You establish your own company and operate the station with your own capital and on your own account within the franchise system
• Responsible for the operational management of the location
• Goal-oriented leadership and promotion of your team including independent recruitment
• Ensuring the implementation of the Car Wash and workshop concept and compliance with standards
• Responsible for acquiring new customers as well as the business results, sales and costs
• Responsible for compliance with and enforcement of health protection, occupational safety and hygiene regulations
• Through good cooperation with headquarters, you achieve or exceed your agreed budget targets

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Completed vocational training (technical) and further training in sales or business administration is desired
• Professional experience: Experience in business management/sales/mobility
• Business know-how and leadership skills
• Sufficient equity consisting of business capital (inventory, petty cash, reserve) at least CHF 175,000 and bank guarantee of CHF 25,000
• Entrepreneurial personality with great sales flair
• Proven experience in managing employees
• High service orientation and above-average willingness to perform
• Strong sense of responsibility regarding business operations, cost development, employees and customers
• Team-oriented, open and flexible thinking and acting
• Willingness for continuous further education and training
• Proof of basic automotive training for the workshop area
• Experience in the petrol station business and workshop area is an advantage
• German (C1)
