Your challenge
You take responsibility for operational Human Resources including the associated administrative tasks and ensure efficient and professional HR processes. You accompany the entire employee life cycle – from recruitment through advising managers and employees to personnel development. In close cooperation with the COO, you help shape the HR strategy and continuously develop people, structures, and processes.

Your profile
You have a qualification as a certified HR specialist or a university degree with a focus on Human Resources. Several years of experience in operational HR management in a comparable company form the basis. With your sensitivity for people, pragmatic working style, and strong service orientation, you make a decisive contribution to sustainable company success. You are fluent in German and English.
