Real Estate Accounting Clerk 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:As a real estate accounting clerk, you take responsibility for the commercial and accounting management of a diverse real estate portfolio. You are the contact person for tenants, owners and partners, ensure smooth administrative processes and keep finances under control at all times.
- You independently manage a diverse real estate portfolio
- You handle contract management and create as well as manage rental and service contracts
- You maintain correspondence with tenants, owners, authorities and external service providers
- You organise and independently conduct apartment inspections and handovers
- You look after the properties, carry out regular inspections and ensure their value retention
- You coordinate maintenance, repair and renovation work with the responsible partners
- You support initial rentals, marketing measures and new building projects
- You independently manage real estate accounting and ensure correct posting of all business transactions
- You handle dunning and debt collection and monitor outstanding receivables
- You are responsible for debtor and creditor management
- You prepare heating and ancillary cost statements punctually and precisely
- You contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements and meaningful reports
- You correctly apply VAT regulations in the real estate sector and bring in your expertise purposefully
- You have several years of professional experience in real estate management and possess sound knowledge in real estate accounting
- Ideally, you have already gained experience with VAT issues as well as the preparation of annual financial statements and reports
- You are familiar with ImmoTop2 and use the software confidently in your daily work
- You work independently, like to take responsibility and convince through initiative and strong organisational skills
- With your structured, reliable and precise way of working, you keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You present yourself professionally, confidently and service-oriented towards tenants, owners and business partners
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
- A category B driving licence completes your profile
