To complement our team, we are looking for a

Customer Service Advisor Repair & Service (80–100 %)

Do you appreciate daily customer contact and want to complement our well-coordinated repair centre team as a strong link between customer and workshop?

What you can achieve with us:

• You competently advise our customers and develop the most economical and technically best solution for each commercial vehicle.
• You prepare customised quotes as well as complex repair orders and plan the time resources in consultation with the team leaders.
• In the event of unforeseen work, you proactively inform the customer and discuss the further procedure.
• You accompany the orders from A to Z and ensure that customer wishes are implemented.
• In the absence of our Repair Centre Manager, you take over their deputy role.

What you bring with you:

• You have completed a technical basic training in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
• You bring solid professional experience in customer service as well as good IT user skills.
• You are a reliable, team-oriented, and communicative personality.
• High customer orientation, empathy, and a pronounced service awareness characterise you.
