Your tasks with the new employer:

• You are responsible for the monthly payroll runs for several business areas, processing relevant changes and ensuring a correct data basis
• You administratively support employees from entry to exit, ensuring that contracts, confirmations, references, and other personnel documents are complete and submitted on time
• In contact with insurance companies, authorities, and other external parties, you coordinate necessary clarifications and ensure smooth administrative processes
• Managers receive competent support from you on operational HR and payroll matters, so that personnel-related concerns are handled efficiently and solution-oriented

You offer your new employer:

• A commercial basic education as well as solid professional experience in operational personnel management with a focus on payroll administration form the basis for this versatile role
• With the Swiss federal certificate in HR, you have a recognised further education that prepares you confidently for demanding questions in the personnel field
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law, practical experience with common HR and payroll systems, as well as secure German skills and good Italian or French complete your professional profile
