This is what you can achieve
- Processing enquiries for the Meeting & Events (MICE) sector: advising seminar and banquet organisers, actively selling event services on and around Pilatus
- Preparing offers and confirmations as well as schedules for seminars & banquets
- Competently managing events on site
- Organising supporting programmes
- Invoicing for the seminars & banquets sector
- Support/assignment in the operations assistance area (20-40%) as required
- Late shifts including overnight stay on the mountain
This is what sets you apart
- Warm, communicative and service-oriented personality
- Completed vocational training, preferably in hospitality and/or experience in the MICE sector
- Willingness to work weekends/public holidays
- Proficient use of MS Office and common hotel software (Protel advantageous)
- Excellent German and English skills, French or other languages advantageous
- Quick comprehension and organisational talent
- Team spirit, resilience, flexibility
