About the job
The ESB Foundation Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise offering people with support needs attractive training and employment opportunities as well as various forms of housing and services. ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, and one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities aim to promote the self-determined life of people with support needs.
To complement our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a fixed-term internship of 12 months - as a pre-internship or training internship.
Intern in Housing 80%-100%
Our interdisciplinary team coaches and supports a shared flat of fifteen adults with support needs at Salus-Sol. In addition to housing-related topics, the accompaniment and organisation of day-structure activities are also included. ESB is actively engaged with the implementation of the UN CRPD and focuses on participation and co-determination in all processes.
Your impact with us
- Supporting fifteen adults with support needs together with a well-coordinated team
- Getting to know and actively shaping educational and nursing activities and methods
- Participating in the daily life of the shared flat as well as in day-structuring activities
- Gaining insight into administrative tasks and topics of the professional field with support from your contact person in the team
- Opportunity to participate in and help organise leisure and holiday activities of the shared flat
