What you can achieve with us

• Order management: You process and forward vehicle orders to the Audi manufacturing plant and ensure correct handling
• Production & delivery monitoring: You monitor production scheduling as well as deliveries from the manufacturer and liaise with AUDI AG
• Dealer contact: You provide information on delivery times, answer product-specific questions and coordinate enquiries from dealers
• Control & analysis: You check and correct factory invoices, carry out regular stock checks and prepare evaluations on new vehicles and inventory management
• Special orders & model planning: You process Audi exclusive orders and plan the model mix including options with the manufacturing plant
• Responsibility for the vehicle ordering system of your Audi models: You maintain and programme master data in the SAP system (designations, equipment, prices), check error messages and contribute to sales promotion measures

What you bring with you

• Experience: You are confident with complex tasks and gladly take on responsibility
• Education / training: You have a commercial basic education or technical basic education combined with commercial further training
• Digital skills: You work confidently with M365 tools (especially Excel) and are familiar with SAP (or are confident you can learn it quickly)
• Language skills: You communicate fluently in German and ideally have good French and English skills; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Personality fit: You work analytically and structured and solve complex tasks with high accuracy. Your strong customer orientation, teamwork and resilience make you a reliable interface between internal partners and the manufacturer
