Divisional Controller 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take over the financial management and control of a business division and are a direct sparring partner for the divisional management. You prepare meaningful monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS and ensure transparent reporting. You develop budgets and forecasts and support strategic decisions with well-founded analyses. You continuously optimise controlling processes and implement new tools to increase efficiency. You coordinate collaboration with other departments and group controlling. You lead and further develop your team of controllers.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance

• Several years of professional experience in controlling, including at least 3 years in a leadership position

• Sound knowledge of HGB and IFRS as well as confident handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability

• Communication skills and assertiveness at all hierarchical levels

• Experience in staff management and development

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Hands-on mentality and solution orientation
