Mission
- Independently prepare and process service charge statements for the assigned portfolio
- Check and process condominium service charge statements (PPE)
- Manage data entry and changes in the SAP RE-FX system for property, rental units and lease contracts data
- Ensure data and process quality
- Perform administrative support tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor
Required Skills
- Commercial training, ideally in real estate or financial accounting
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Affinity for data and numbers
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP
- Good knowledge of German
