Revit/ BIM Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a technically skilled individual as a Revit Architect / BIM Architect for innovative architecture, construction, and development projects. You will create BIM-based project and execution documents with Autodesk Revit and combine classic architectural planning with digital planning methods and experimental manufacturing approaches. In addition to working on building models, you will contribute to production documents, prototypes, and proof-of-concept projects and practically support selected solutions during their implementation. This position is particularly suitable for architects who want to combine architecture, construction, BIM, and new technologies.
Responsibilities:
Creation and processing of architectural, planning, and execution documents for building projects
Building, modelling, and further development of BIM models with Autodesk Revit
Creation and maintenance of Revit families, components, and project-specific BIM objects
Development of architectural and constructive solutions from design to technical detailing
Creation of execution, detail, workshop, and production documents for individual components and constructions
Ensuring consistency between BIM model, plans, details, and manufacturing information
Handling technical interfaces between architecture, construction, engineering, and manufacturing
Participation in proof-of-concept, prototyping, and experimental manufacturing projects
Practical support and implementation of selected prototypes and small projects on site
Collaboration with architects, engineers, and software developers in interdisciplinary development projects
Conducting model and plan reviews and optimisation of BIM-based workflows
Introducing new solution approaches to further develop digital planning, production, and business processes
Qualifications:
Education or degree in architecture, construction planning or a comparable construction-related field
Very good user knowledge of Autodesk Revit and practical experience with BIM models
Solid knowledge in architectural planning, construction, and technical detailing
Experience in creating project, execution, and/or production documents
Practical understanding of construction execution, materials, components, and manufacturing processes
Experience with digital BIM and 3D planning processes
Good German language skills spoken and written
