In the vocational preparatory school year of the BFF, we challenge and support adolescents and young adults in various cantonal educational programs. We support and accompany them on the path to a follow-up solution, whether it be an apprenticeship, a pre-apprenticeship, or a job. In addition, we give them the opportunity to develop personally as well as professionally. At the Bläuacker location in Köniz, adolescents and young adults are taught in six classes by 16 teachers.
We are looking for a class teacher for the Vocational Preparatory School Year BVS (Bläuacker BA1 location, Köniz):

Tasks
You teach the learning areas Mathematics 4L., Mathematics applied to professions 1L., Understanding Nature 2L., Guided Individual Work 2L., and Coaching 1.5L. in a Construction Technology Nature class. In coaching, you intensively accompany half of the adolescents in the class through the career choice process and conduct the job-related status discussions. Together with your team partner, you share the role of class teacher and thus jointly lead the class in administrative and organizational matters.
Requirements
You are an open and committed teacher and want to accompany and support young people on their way to an apprenticeship. Collaboration within the class team and the team at the location is also important to you.
You have a teaching certificate for secondary level I or an equivalent qualification. You are familiar with the Office 365 suite or are willing to learn the programs (especially OneNote and Teams).
