HR Business Partner (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual for a permanent position as an HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting & Coaching: Comprehensive personnel management and labour law advice and support for assigned managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Operational HR Management: Support of operational personnel processes, from recruitment and contract creation to absence management and exit and separation interviews in the GAV and shift environment.
• People Development: Active involvement in personnel development measures, conducting feedback and development discussions as well as coaching line managers.
• Vocational Training: Support and assistance in company vocational training as well as supervision of apprentices.
• Projects & Processes: Participation in cross-departmental HR projects as well as continuous development and standardisation of internal HR processes.

• Education: Commercial basic training with successful further education in HR (e.g. federal specialist certificate as HR specialist or Bachelor in HRM / Business Administration / Business Psychology).
• Professional Experience: Several years of solid practice as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an operationally oriented industry, production, hospitality environment.
• Additional Flair: Proven experience or strong personal interest in the areas of People Development and/or Vocational Training.
• Expertise: Sound and practical knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law.
• Languages & IT: Fluent German with confident style and very good English skills in spoken and written form; proficient use of common HR and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) as well as MS Office.
• Personality: Empathetic, assertive and solution-oriented personality with a pronounced service mentality and high social competence.
