Your tasks
- Office organisation: reception, telephone, mail, and filing
- Creating and processing correspondence and legal documents in German and English
- Mandate administration including deadline and appointment monitoring, invoicing, and dunning
- Maintaining and further developing document and know-how management
- Creating and preparing presentations
- Organising and contributing to events and marketing activities
Your profile
- Completed commercial or comparable training; ideally professional experience in a legal environment
- Good MS Office skills as well as very good German and English, spoken and written
- Independent, careful, and forward-looking working style; strong communication skills and overview even with demanding tasks
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork as well as working independently
