Head of Building Materials & Wood

Your Tasks

• Strategic and operational overall responsibility for the Building Materials & Wood division
• Leadership, motivation and further development of 65 employees and managers
• Management of day-to-day business as well as continuous optimisation of processes, key figures and profitability
• Maintenance and expansion of important customer and partner relationships as well as development of new business opportunities
• Active shaping of corporate development as a member of the executive management

Your Strengths

• Several years of experience in a leadership role with profit and loss responsibility
• Basic craft training & industry knowledge in the field of building materials/wood an advantage
• Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Strong leadership personality with the ability to inspire, develop people and achieve goals together
• Confident understanding of key figures, budgets and economic contexts
• Strong customer and market orientation as well as negotiation skills and confident appearance
• Good knowledge of German and French
