Your tasks
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy as well as being responsible for the sales budget, target achievement and sales results
- Leading and further developing the sales and internal sales teams as well as promoting cross-departmental collaboration
- Analysing market, customer and competitor situations as well as recognising and exploiting market potentials
- Planning and implementing marketing activities, further developing the market presence and ensuring effective customer communication
- Acquiring major and key customers, maintaining strategic customer relationships and conducting sales, price and contract negotiations
Your profile
- Completed basic training, preferably with business or sales-oriented further education
- Several years of successful experience in sales, preferably in production, industrial or logistics environments
- Confident negotiation skills and sustainable development of major and key customer relationships
- Leadership experience with budget, target and result responsibility
- Marketing knowledge and affinity for digital sales and communication channels
- Entrepreneurially minded and results-oriented personality with a strong market understanding
- High acquisition and negotiation competence as well as strong closing orientation and analytical numerical understanding
- German: (C2) / English, French: Good (B2)
