• Promoting personal development, autonomy, and conveying social norms and values
• Performing care tasks according to BEKO SEM and the UMA care manual
• Planning and conducting changing leisure activities and educational offers (also weekends and evenings)
• Implementing prescribed workflows in the areas of accommodation care, clothing supply, catering, and household chores. Supporting structuring and shaping everyday life and joint activities such as housekeeping, leisure activities, learning
• Intervening in crisis situations, managing conflicts, and supporting in difficult situations
• Organizing, planning, and carrying out administrative tasks. Creating reports, maintaining files, and ensuring the flow of information
• Active collaboration with all involved parties in the BAZ and other partner organizations. Participating in regular team meetings
• Conducting regular individual conversations

• Completed training in social pedagogy / social work (FH or HF) / diploma as educator HF / FH / bachelor in psychology or bachelor in sociology
• Practical experience in the field of child and youth care (at least 6 months at 100%)
• Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
• Teamwork skills, high social competence, and sense of responsibility
• Calmness in dealing with difficult situations and openness to different cultures
• Organizational talent and planning skills
• Strong empathy
• Initiative and personal responsibility
• Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
