Estimator for Building Construction (m, f, d) 100%

You evaluate projects already in the acquisition phase and calculate customer-oriented, market-compliant offers. In doing so, you negotiate with customers until the order is placed and also provide support for execution. You are familiar with analysing plans, determining quantities and material requirements, as well as assessing costs.

Your core responsibilities include the following interesting tasks:

• Calculation and preparation of offers for building construction projects
• Analysis of tender and project documents
• Determination of costs, quantities and resources (including subcontractors)
• Support of project management in technical and economic matters
• Active communication with customers and clients, engineers and planners

To convince with your skills, you bring the following:

• Solid training in the main construction trade, for example as a site manager, construction technician or draughtsperson
• Experience in estimation with in-depth knowledge of building construction
• Confident handling of construction plans and tender documents
• Structured, independent and careful working style
• Enjoyment of numbers as well as collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient use of IT systems, including estimation software
