Salary - CHF84,500 - 91,000Our client is an established company in the technical industrial sector with a strong international focus. Responsibilities:
You handle import and export customs clearance including clarifications in case of discrepancies.
Coordination of road, sea and air transport is part of your daily business.
You check transport invoices, costs and performance indicators.
You prepare trade and customs documents completely and in compliance with the law.
For customs questions, you coordinate clarifications with authorities, agents and freight forwarders.
You monitor external logistics service providers and their agreed services.
You develop internal processes further within the framework of quality and ISO processes.
You are the contact person for internal specialist departments and external partners on transport matters.
Qualifications:
Commercial EFZ qualification, preferably in forwarding, logistics or industry.
Further training with a federal diploma in foreign trade, forwarding or customs is advantageous.
At least three years of professional experience in international logistics, customs clearance or export.
Sound knowledge of Incoterms, rules of origin, free trade and export control.
Experience in handling multimodal transports and international goods flows.
Confident use of SAP or comparable ERP systems as well as MS Office.
Experience with Swiss customs applications such as Passar, Tares, e-dec or NCTS.
Very good German and good English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
