Spitex Chur
Every 40th resident of Chur is a client of ours. We are deployed daily at 400 clients. With around 170 employees, we are the largest Spitex organisation in the canton of Graubünden and provide nursing and care services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar environment despite age- or illness-related limitations. Our employees organise their daily work independently and autonomously. You actively contribute to shaping and further developing the operation in accordance with societal requirements.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Sense of responsibility and high degree of independence
- Empathy and good powers of observation
- Tolerance and openness towards people of all ages and different cultures
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
- Driving licence category B
Your Tasks
- Caring for and supporting physically and mentally ill and disabled people in all phases of life with different sociocultural backgrounds
- Needs assessments together with clients
- Interprofessional collaboration with general practitioners and specialist agencies, such as palliative bridging service in treatment care and in complex care situations
- Supporting clients in their physical, social and psychological well-being
- Recognising, promoting and maintaining resources
- Taking on roles such as duty planning, deployment planning, accompanying employees
