Would you like to actively promote the development of employees with well-thought-out training formats?

On behalf of our client, a renowned hotel, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a committed individual as HR & Training Specialist 100% with a passion for training and supporting employees. In this role, you will design training directly within the hotel operation, further develop learning formats, and also support the HR team in personnel administration.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You compile needs-based training programmes, coordinate dates, participants, and content, and ensure the smooth running of the training sessions.
• You implement practical learning formats that are directly integrated into the teams’ daily work and ensure that what is learned is applied sustainably.
• You participate in initiatives to promote and develop the workforce, increasingly taking the lead and thus building your own area of responsibility.
• You handle administrative HR processes, from contract creation to changes and terminations, and act as a contact person for personnel matters.

You offer your new employer:

• As a basis, you bring a commercial apprenticeship and have already gained initial professional experience in the personnel field, ideally in a hotel or another service operation.
• You keep an overview even with several simultaneous trainings and appointments, set priorities, and always respond to the needs of your contacts.
• You have a very high level of German in spoken and written form, can communicate confidently in English, and are proficient in using Office programmes.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processing rounds off your profile but is not a prerequisite.
