AI Business Engineer (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of practical applications based on large language models for central value creation and administrative processes.
Development of a robust data foundation with lakehouse, semantic layer, and integration components as well as networking of relevant company systems.
Gathering business requirements, designing solution approaches, and supporting departments through workshops and knowledge transfer.
Preparation of analyses, documentation, and management templates for prioritising and managing the AI portfolio.
Ensuring appropriate framework conditions regarding compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and sustainable AI use.
Qualifications:
Several years of practical experience with generative artificial intelligence, especially language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and modern AI interfaces.
Experience in data platforms, system integration, business process automation, or related digital technologies.
Proven implementation competence in developing and introducing AI-based business solutions.
Professional basic training with relevant further education, CAS/MAS, or comparable expertise in AI, business IT, or transformation.
High social competence, strong coordination skills, and clear expression; very good German as well as ideally knowledge of French and English.
