Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced architect / project manager for the planning and coordination of a medium-sized residential construction project in the Zurich area. You will take responsibility for the architectural and technical project processing and lead internal as well as external planning partners through the relevant SIA phases. A focus lies on coordination with authorities, specialist planners and contractors as well as digital planning with Archicad. The position offers a responsible project management role in a demanding architectural environment.
Responsibilities:
Taking over project management for a demanding residential construction project
Managing project processing through the relevant planning and realisation phases according to SIA
Leading and coordinating the internal architecture and project team
Coordinating and managing external specialist planners and experts
Direct coordination with clients, authorities, contractors and other project participants
Processing and coordinating construction project, approval, execution and detailed planning
Creating, further developing and controlling 2D plans and 3D building models with Archicad
Coordinating interfaces between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Supporting building permit and authority procedures as well as handling technical requirements
Ensuring planning quality, deadlines and project-specific requirements
Reviewing and integrating specialist planner, contractor and workshop plans
Supporting planning and construction-related questions during realisation
Qualifications:
Completed studies as FH or ETH architect
At least five years of professional experience in Switzerland, preferably in residential construction
Experience in project management and leading planning teams as well as external specialist planners
Sound knowledge of Swiss construction practice, SIA phases and approval procedures
Very good knowledge of Archicad 2D and 3D
Experience in communication and coordination with authorities and contractors
Good German language skills, spoken and written
