Foreign Trade Specialist with Leadership Experience 80% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You coordinate the export department and further develop existing processes.
You independently handle international orders involving dual-use goods.
You prepare export documents, permits and certifications completely.
You advise customers on export possibilities and country-specific requirements.
You create and calculate quotations for international deliveries.
You regularly check sanction lists and goods classifications.
You clarify international regulations with SECO, freight forwarders and importers.
Import processing and back-office tasks also belong to your area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
You hold a Swiss federal diploma as a foreign trade specialist.
You bring several years of experience in export as well as initial leadership experience.
Knowledge of export control, dual-use and international trade regulations is required.
You are familiar with customs, VAT and transport issues.
You work customer-oriented and seek practical solutions in complex cases.
You have the necessary time flexibility for holiday cover.
You have a confident command of German and good professional-level English.
French skills or other foreign languages are an advantage.
