The Identity and Access Management (IAM) department of Zürcher Kantonalbank ensures the secure handling of identities and permissions, among other things through the implementation of the need-to-know principle and the recertification of roles. Are you interested in IT security and want to contribute to managing digital identities and access rights securely and efficiently with modern approaches and automation? Support us in ensuring, optimising, and automating existing IAM processes where possible.

Your tasks

Co-responsible for the operational execution and further development of central tasks in Identity & Access Management, including role and permission management, compliance with SoD policies, integration of IT systems, support in role modelling, as well as providing support services
Support in connecting authentication and authorisation solutions to IT systems according to defined concepts and policies
Assist in monitoring compliance with IAM policies for IT systems
Ensure the continuous development and automation of existing processes and actively accompany and implement corresponding automation projects
Support in planning, preparing, and implementing internal and external audits in the area of Identity & Access Management

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in computer science (FH, university, ETH) or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in Identity & Access Management as well as sound knowledge of corresponding concepts in a regulated environment
Experience with IAM technologies, platforms, and tools as well as IAM processes
Practical experience in implementing security measures in IT systems, ideally in the area of Identity & Access Management
Structured and goal-oriented working style, a pronounced customer orientation, and strong analytical thinking skills
Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1)
