We are looking for a:

Customer Sales Advisor

Your main tasks:

• Respond to all customer requests across all areas of our company’s activities, both at the reception of our customer spaces and via telephone calls, ensuring quality follow-up with our customers
• Advise and sell Multimedia products
• Handle troubleshooting for TV, Internet, fixed and mobile telephony
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer file management

Your talents and experience:

• Completed professional training, at least a Federal VET Diploma (CFC)
• Sales-oriented personality, service- and results-driven
• Good experience in sales
• Flexible and autonomous
• Ability to integrate into a team
• Proficient with common IT tools
• Excellent command of French (a foreign language is an asset)
