About the job

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a watchmaker trainer holding a CFC, motivated to pass on their expertise and to support individuals in their training and professional integration journey.

Within our workshop, you will be responsible for training and supervising individuals in watchmaking trades, taking into account their skills, learning pace, and professional goals.

Your responsibilities

Train and support participants in their respective training programmes, including CFC production watchmaker, AFP watchmaking operator, practical training, and discovery internships. Organise and adapt practical exercises according to each person’s level and needs. Monitor skills development and assess progress made. Write reports on participants’ progress. Participate in the development of workshop activities. Collaborate with different departments on joint projects. Participate in the production management of our UCS and Superkids watches. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and work procedure requirements.

Your profile

CFC in watchmaking. Practical experience in the watchmaking field. Strong interest in knowledge transfer and training of young people and adults. Patience, pedagogy, and ability to adapt your approach to the needs of those supported. Organisational skills, autonomy, and team spirit. Good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teamwork.
