Sanitary Installer / Heating Installer / All-rounder Building Services Engineer
Tasks
- You ensure that all our building services technology at the largest and most modern Coop distribution centre runs reliably.
- You operate and monitor our HVACR systems as well as the biomass centre.
- In case of faults, you investigate, find the cause and get the system running again.
- You carry out maintenance and repairs independently or together with external specialists.
- You work with modern building management systems and technical aids.
- You take responsibility for selected systems and develop into a specialist there.
- You contribute your expertise and help to continuously optimise our systems.
Requirements
- You have completed training as a sanitary installer or heating installer.
- You want to apply your expertise more broadly and are keen to familiarise yourself with complex technical systems.
- Experience in operational maintenance is an advantage. More important to us is that you are technically curious, think ahead and enjoy finding solutions independently.
- Training as a heating plant operator is a plus. If you do not yet have this, you are willing to complete it.
- You are prepared for shift and weekend work as well as on-call duty approximately every sixth week.
