About the job

• you are responsible for the quality, completeness, and timeliness of all customer master data for all our media categories
• you operationally manage our central customer data processes – from collection through maintenance to archiving – and ensure a clean data basis
• you coordinate data flows between different systems and ensure stable, continuous data availability
• you define quality criteria for customer data, monitor consistency and completeness, and initiate targeted corrective measures if necessary
• you implement data governance policies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and document data inventories transparently
• you develop yourself further and, if suitable, take on leadership responsibilities in the medium term

• you have experience handling central databases, CRM, or ERP systems and understand data processes holistically
• you are familiar with data quality management (definition of quality criteria, monitoring, corrective measures)
• you have taken responsibility in projects or have already led them independently
• you have a strong quality awareness and work in a structured, precise, and solution-oriented manner
• you think analytically, quickly recognize complex relationships, and can set priorities
• you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have further training in business informatics, business administration, or process management or will complete it soon
