The IV Office Solothurn is a service provider within the Swiss social insurance network with around 130 employees. We support people with health impairments in the canton of Solothurn with individual insurance services.

To complement our team, we are looking for you as of 01.01.2027 as Integration Consultant (80 - 100 % workload)

Your tasks

• Developing an individual integration plan taking into account the health situation, the insured person's initial situation, and the legal framework conditions
• Advising and supporting people with health impairments and their employers
• Supporting the retention of the workplace, reviewing adjustments at the workplace and/or internal reassignment, as well as searching for suitable new employment opportunities
• Networking and collaboration with internal and external partners
• Documenting the integration process, preparing applications, and writing reports

Your profile

• You have a tertiary education or vocational training with further education(s) in a job-relevant field (Case Management, Social Insurance, HR, etc.)
• You have solid professional experience; ideally, you have already worked at an IV office or in the field of vocational integration.
• You enjoy working independently, organised, and structured.
• You are strong in communication and enjoy collaborating with various contacts.
• Administrative tasks come easily to you.
