For our branch in Brugg, we are looking for a
Employee Service at Customer - Location: Niederbipp (Hourly Wage)
Your Tasks
- Organisation and distribution of workwear in the locker compartments at our customer on site
- Support of employees during fittings and advice
- Management and maintenance of pool laundry
- Administrative tasks related to the locker compartment service (e.g. documentation, list maintenance)
- Friendly and professional interaction with customers and employees
- Independent planning and execution of the weekly assignment (Wednesdays over lunchtime, approx. 2 – 3 hours, approx. 8% workload)
- Support of team management with occasional additional tasks or special projects
Your Profile
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Organisational talent and a flair for structured processes
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Reliable, independent, and responsible personality
- Flexibility and willingness for regular deployment each Wednesday
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Driving licence mandatory, you feel confident in road traffic
