Your Tasks

• Supporting our clients as a Senior Developer and ICT Architect in demanding large-scale projects
  
• Convincing through well-thought-out software architectures, clear communication, and high-quality technical solutions
  
• You enjoy thinking systemically, can quickly structure requirements and make them understandable – for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Especially with innovative topics such as AI-supported architectures (e.g. Retrieval-Augmented Generation / RAG models), you actively contribute – from evaluation through proof-of-concept to implementation.
  
• In doing so, you are never too proud to actively participate in the team as an experienced Senior Developer. You combine strategic thinking with practical implementation strength.

• You are a passionate software developer with more than 7 years of professional experience
  
• You think in systems and architectures, not just in code
  
• You are a team player and focus on the common goal
  
• You are an independent and communicative personality with a high level of commitment
  
• You quickly familiarise yourself with new specialist areas – especially AI and complex system landscapes interest you
  
• You place great value on simple, maintainable solutions with high quality
  

Your Profile

• You have a (technical) university degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
  
• You have solid knowledge in full-stack development with .Net or Java, Spring (Boot), Angular, React
  
• You bring experience with messaging systems (e.g. Kafka) and container technologies such as Docker
  
• You develop and operate cloud-native applications, ideally with corresponding certifications
  
• You are familiar with the relevant security aspects of application development: authentication, authorisation, IAM, PKI, encryption
  
• You also have experience with microservice and cloud architectures (e.g. Azure or AWS)
  
• You are interested in architecture and modelling methods
  
• You have initial experience with AI applications, especially with RAG architectures and prompt engineering
  
• You bring experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  
• You speak and write fluent German and have English skills at B2 level
