Tasks
You take on two closely linked areas of responsibility:
A) Programme Management Continuing Education (50 %)
- You are responsible for the programme management of the MAS and CAS of the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship: from module and scheduling planning to coordination of lecturers and quality assurance of the programme
- You work closely with programme directors, lecturers and the central marketing of the ZHAW
- You independently update documents and information about continuing education on various platforms (e.g. updating CAS brochures, Moodle courses)
- You conduct independent evaluations and analyses of continuing education key figures to derive concrete improvements
- You plan and manage social media campaigns as well as other online marketing measures for the CAS and MAS offerings of the institute and evaluate their impact to derive concrete improvements
- You create content for LinkedIn and the continuing education websites and ensure a consistent, modern and professional appearance of our continuing education programmes
- You are enthusiastic about the new possibilities of AI in online marketing and test them
Profile
You have completed training in a commercial, media or comparable field and have several years of professional experience, ideally in the education or higher education sector. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration or a related field is desirable but not a prerequisite.
Additionally, you ideally bring experience and skills in the following areas:
A) Programme Management (50 %)
- Experience in programme, course or continuing education management, preferably in the education or higher education sector
- High service orientation, communicative and positive personality who values contact with people and maintains a friendly, cooperative and professional approach with continuing education participants, programme directors and lecturers
- Independent, structured and reliable working style, also with recurring administrative tasks, as well as organisational skills and resilience in busy phases
- Experience in social media, content marketing and digital communication
- Ability to evaluate marketing key figures and derive concrete optimisation measures
- Confident, creative writing with a sense for language and target audience. Trained eye for design: you use colours, layout and imagery harmoniously to ensure a modern, professional appearance with clear recognisability
- Enthusiasm for new AI possibilities in online marketing and interest in testing these for your own tasks. Initial experience with Claude is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good English skills
