We are looking for an independent and responsible individual for our team as:

ASSISTANT IN HUMAN RESOURCES & EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT 80-100%
with varied tasks in a lively environment

Are you looking for a varied role where no day is the same? In this versatile hub function, you are the central contact person for employees and managers, work closely with the executive management, and gain exciting insights into many areas of our company. You can profitably apply your organisational skills, social competence, and IT affinity.

Your tasks:

• Support of the entire personnel process, from recruitment through entry to exit for all our Sportcard operations (excluding payroll processing and social insurance)

• Management of application processes, time recording, and training

• Organisation and minute-taking of meetings and events

• Administrative support of the executive management and coordination of the office

• Assuming the role of vocational trainer

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) and further training as an HR assistant

• Experience in human resources and as a vocational trainer

• IT-savvy personality with enthusiasm for digital tools

• Very good MS Office skills, Abacus an advantage

• Team-oriented, open personality with a lot of empathy and strong social skills
