We are looking for you

Ready to help shape the digital future of Bank WIR? As a Digital Business Engineer Banking, you combine solid banking know-how with technical understanding. You analyse and digitalise banking processes, translate requirements into viable solutions, and accompany their implementation and stable operation in close collaboration with business units, IT, and external partners.

Your mission

• Process analysis & conception: You analyse existing and new banking business processes, gather requirements, and develop clear business concepts, target processes, and decision bases.
• BSI implementation: You parameterise and implement processes and functions in the BSI Customer Suite, ensuring consistent process logic, data flows, interfaces, and user guidance.
• Optimisation and automation: You identify optimisation and automation potentials, assess benefits, effort, risks, and dependencies, and support implementation together with business units and implementation partners.
• Change, release & testing: You take responsibility in incident, release, change, and test management, coordinate business tests, and ensure traceable documentation and acceptance before production deployment.
• Fault and impact analysis: You analyse faults and the impact of changes on processes, systems, data, and interfaces, and coordinate appropriate measures with the involved internal and external parties.
• Documentation & training: You create operational documentation and training materials and conduct training with the business unit within your responsibilities.

What you bring

• You have a degree (FH/HF) in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable field.
• You have a solid understanding of banking processes and several years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in the analysis or digitalisation of banking processes.
• You bring technical understanding of applications, data flows, and interfaces; experience with the BSI Customer Suite or comparable platforms is an advantage.
• You have experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and process design; knowledge in release, change, test, or incident management is advantageous.
• Analytical and interconnected thinking comes easily to you, and you have an independent and structured working style as well as very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You convince with initiative, a confident manner, and an open, solution-oriented personality.
