Hatebur is a Swiss family business founded in 1930 and is one of the world’s leading providers of automatic horizontal multi-stage presses for bulk forming. The group’s machines and precision tools are used by demanding customers in the automotive, rolling bearing, fastening technology, medical technology, and aerospace industries.

For our international customer service, we are looking for an enthusiastic personality as Regional Manager:

Your tasks:

• Proactive support of the assigned customer base, especially for France
• Independent technical and commercial preparation of offers as well as full responsibility for sales and margins
• Efficient deployment planning, coordination and control of service technician assignments
• Professional support and supervision of service technicians during assignments
• Post-assignment processing based on detailed service reports created
• Systematic maintenance and analysis of customer data sheets
• Preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders as well as preparation of the service budget

Your profile:

• Completed technical basic training (polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician, machine mechanic), ideally supplemented by further training as a technician HF, master craftsman or technical degree, etc.
• Experience in the machinery industry, preferably in after-sales service, technical customer consulting or maintenance of complex large systems
• Very good German and French skills as well as solid English skills in spoken and written form
• Proficient use of MS Office applications, ideally experience with ERP/CRM systems
• High degree of initiative, independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Assertiveness as well as pronounced, lived service orientation in the premium customer segment
