About the job
Consider security from the very beginning!
For our client - a forward-looking company in the field of innovative software products - we are looking for a proactive individual for the interface between development and cyber security. In this key role, you will drive automation forward and firmly embed the principle of "Security-by-Design" in the development cycle.

Smart Automation & DevSecOps: You integrate automated security gates directly into our CI/CD pipelines and define the benchmarks for secure, future-oriented source code.
Security Consulting & Enablement: You act as a technical mentor for colleagues from development, software architecture, and DevOps. By creating guidelines and interactive training, you firmly embed security in our tech culture.
Your profile:
Education: A completed degree in computer science (FH/HF) with a focus on cyber security or software engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
Professional experience: Several years of practice in software programming combined with the field of IT security.
Expertise: Sound knowledge of modern software architectures, threat modelling (e.g. STRIDE), and common secure coding practices.
Methodological skills: Proficient use of DevSecOps tools and seamless integration of security checks in CI/CD processes.
Languages: Business fluent German and good English.
Home office: Work flexibly
Freedom: A lot of personal responsibility and great scope in carrying out your tasks.
Development: Individual training measures that advance you professionally and personally.
Strong team: You can expect a varied and diverse role in a highly motivated and family-like environment.
