About the job

You are part of our Customer Success Team and act as a technical partner in the field of Input Management for our customers and our Scan and BPO Center. Together, we ensure that the Arcplace solutions are optimally adapted to the needs of our customers, run smoothly, and are continuously further developed. You convince with your technical know-how, your service orientation, and your sense for process optimizations.

• You recognize customer needs and identify suitable solutions. 
• You configure our software solutions in the field of Input Management. 
• You participate in projects, implement change requests, and take care of incidents and general service requests. 
• Advising customers regarding process optimizations, integration, and technical possibilities is your responsibility.
• You work closely with the team and actively contribute to our know-how exchanges.
• You actively support our sales team by creating effort estimates, answering customer inquiries, and taking over technical consulting in the sales process. 

• You are service-oriented, helpful, patient, and remain calm and focused even in hectic situations.
• You think ahead, proactively approach customers and employees, and work independently and structured. 
• You bring know-how in dealing with artificial intelligence and have experience in the targeted use of AI tools as well as in prompt engineering to efficiently support analysis, configuration, and optimization tasks.
• You have basic technical knowledge in application and interface development. Ideally, you are familiar with web APIs (REST, SOAP or similar), data mapping/transformation (XML/XSLT, JSON), as well as common scripting languages and are comfortable with databases (SQL).
• You have completed training or further education in (business) informatics and have several years of professional experience in a similar field (ideally in the area of Input Management).
• Professional communication (written and spoken) in German and English is a matter of course for you. French is a great advantage.
