What you achieve

• You plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive as well as condition-based maintenance measures for our production and infrastructure facilities.
• You analyse malfunctions, failures, and maintenance key figures and derive sustainable improvement measures from them.
• You create, optimise, and maintain maintenance plans, technical master data, and maintenance orders in SAP PM.
• You coordinate internal departments, team leaders, and external service providers and ensure efficient resource planning.
• You continuously develop the maintenance strategy and make an important contribution to plant availability, cost-effectiveness, and operational safety.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: preferably in the mechanical environment; further training in maintenance, technology, or work planning is an advantage.
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience as a maintenance planner or in a comparable role within an industrial production environment.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to systematically assess technical contexts, plant criticalities, and maintenance data and derive effective measures from them.
• High personal responsibility, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of SAP PM as well as experience in maintenance planning, order processing, master data maintenance, and handling MS Office.
