The Galvaswiss Group operates the largest hot-dip galvanizing plants, paint shops, and powder coatings in Switzerland. For our location in Felben-Wellhausen (TG) with about 120 employees, we are looking for a

Sales Employee Internal Service and Part-Field Service for the Eastern Switzerland and Southern Germany Region (m/f/d) 100%

We are addressing skilled, independent, and quality-conscious professionals with basic knowledge of metal and steel construction. Ideally, you have completed training as a metal/steel builder or locksmith with appropriate further education. You already have experience in selling services in the metalworking industry or are willing to acquire it. It is an advantage if you come from a craft SME and are familiar with the construction industry environment.

As a communicative and highly customer-oriented person with special negotiation skills, you support the internal sales department in customer consulting, offer preparation, and invoicing. About 60-70% of your activity is in internal service and the rest in field service to best support the customer with their various concerns and maintain contact. You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, and are able to communicate flawlessly and fluently. Additional language skills are an advantage.

What to expect from us:

Customer consulting: answering written and telephone customer inquiries, conducting customer training, improvement suggestions, etc.
Preparation of offers, calculation, and independent follow-up
Comprehensive customer care and regular customer visits
Handling other sales administrative tasks such as invoicing and ERP maintenance
Close exchange with production to ensure timely delivery and services
